RECOMBINANT VACCINE VECTOR AGAINST CAMPYLOBACTER INFECTION AND METHODS OF ENHANCING IMMUNE RESPONSE TO CAMPYLOBACTER AND IMPROVING RESISTANCE TO INFECTION CAMPYLOBACTER |
abstract |
The invention relates to a recombinant vaccine vector against Campylobacter infection, comprising a first polynucleotide sequence encoding an antigenic polypeptide with a sequence selected from SEQ ID NO: 7-9, or a fragment of at least eight amino acid residues, and a second polynucleotide sequence encoding an immunostimulating polypeptide HMGB-1 or CD154, and these polynucleotide sequences are not associated with the specified vector in vivo. The invention also relates to methods for enhancing the Campylobacter immune response and increasing Campylobacter resistance, comprising administering to a patient vaccine vectors of the invention. |
