LIQUID COMPOSITION FOR SAVING BY VIROS AND METHOD OF SAVING VIROS |
abstract |
The invention relates to a liquid composition for preserving virosome containing a) virosome; b) KHPO / NaHPO buffer with a phosphate concentration of from about 15 to 30 mM; c) salt with a concentration of from 65 to 85 mm; d) trehalose with a concentration of from 2 to 10% (w / w), where this composition has a pH of from 6.5 to 8. A method of preserving virosome is also disclosed, including the preparation of the composition described above. |
