abstract | The invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology. The method of pregestational preparation of patients with antiphospholipid syndrome is characterized by the fact that the patient is given a hirudotherapy course of 9-13 procedures in 1-4 days, the procedure is carried out depending on the menstruation cycle, in the first three days of menstruation up to 3 leeches per procedure per vaginal fornix, and / or on the crotch area, and / or the cervix, on the following menstruation days, from 4 to 7 leeches in one procedure, on the vaginal fornix, and / or on the crotch area, and / or in the cervix, then setting 3-8 leeches in one procedure acupuncture points in re flexographic zones: in the first half of the menstrual cycle on the neck-collar zone, on the head and neck area, then the sessions are performed during a session by putting leeches on points of one of the following reflexogenic zones: lumbar region, sacrococcygeal region, right hypochondrium region, left hypochondrium region and abdomen, lower abdomen, lower limbs, upper limbs, chest and neck in front. The proposed method allows to optimize the preparation of women with antiphospholipid syndrome for pregnancy, increases the effectiveness of therapy, reduces the likelihood of pre-embryonic and early embryonic pregnancy losses. |
