abstract |
The invention relates to a method for extracting silver and a method for regulating leaching, designed to extract silver from the residue from direct leaching of zinc concentrate, to an apparatus for extracting silver from the residue from direct leaching of zinc concentrate, a control system for controlling the method, and a computer program. The method includes the following steps: 1) silver leaching, in which the direct leaching residue of the zinc concentrate is subjected to oxidative chloride leaching, performed under the following conditions: i) the concentration of chloride in the leaching solution is from 25 to 70 g / l; ii) the pH of the leach solution is between 1.6 and 2.6; iii) the redox potential is less than 460 mV (Pt rel. Ag / AgCl); and 2) silver recovery, in which silver is recovered from the silver-containing leaching solution. |
