titleOfInvention | A METHOD FOR THE RESTORATION OF MEMORY, DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF PATHOLOGY, ADVERSE EFFECTS OR TIME |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for recovering a memory lost due to pathology, adverse effects or time. The method includes the introduction of an effective amount of alkyl derivatives of amides of the general formula I, in which n and m can take the values 0, 1, 2 and 3; a sign (#) indicates the presence of a chiral center; R is an optionally substituted C-Saryl or 5-6-membered hetaryl containing 1-2 heteroatoms selected from nitrogen and sulfur, possibly condensed with a benzene ring, and the substituents are selected from C-C1-6 alkyl, C-Salkoxy, halogen, OH, CF , OCF, unsubstituted amino, C-alkoxycarbonyl; Au Independently represent a 6-membered heterocycle containing from 1 to 2 nitrogen atoms and possibly condensed with a benzene ring; or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or complex alkyl esters in the form of individual optical isomers, or mixtures thereof. In this case, the effective dose, as a rule, is 0.005-1.5 mg / kg of body weight at least once a day. |
