SOLUTION FOR THE PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCT PRODUCTION OF FLUOROCALF-CONNECTED PEPTIDE AND A METHOD FOR OBTAINING SUCH PREPARATION |
abstract |
The invention relates to a visually transparent aqueous acidic solution for producing a pharmaceutically acceptable fluorocarbon-related peptide preparation, wherein the aqueous solution contains a) at least one fluorocarbon-related peptide, where the peptide bound to the fluorocarbon has a length of at least 20 amino acid residues, contains at least 50% of hydrophobic amino acid residues and has an isoelectric point greater than or equal to 7; and (ii) the fluorocarbon-bound peptide is present in the micelles; and b) acetic acid at a concentration of at least 10% (v / v). A method for producing a pharmaceutically acceptable fluorocarbon-related peptide drug is also provided. The method includes solubilizing a fluorocarbon-bound peptide in acetic acid to obtain said solution; filter sterilization of the solubilized fluorocarbon-linked peptide; and drying the filter-sterilized fluorocarbon-linked peptide. |
