A pharmaceutical dosage form containing a granular internal phase containing microcrystalline cellulose and starch or a starch derivative selected from pregelatinized starch and semi-synthetic starch, in an amount of 5-20% by weight of the mass of the dosage form; an external phase containing micronized prasugrel base in an amount of 2-5 wt.% by weight of the dosage form and sodium fumarate; its preparation and use for the treatment of atherothrombotic phenomena in patients suffering from acute coronary syndrome, in which patients are subjected to percutaneous coronary treatment, particularly in combination with aspirin. |
