titleOfInvention MONOPHOSPHATE SALT 6-FTOR-2- [4- (PYRIDIN-2-IL) BUT-3-IN-1-IL] IMIDAZO [1,2-a] PYRIDINE AND ITS POLYMORPHAS AS A NEGATIVE Allosteric Modulator
abstract The presented invention relates to crystalline and amorphous forms of the monophosphate salt of 6-fluoro-2- [4- (pyridin-2-yl) but-3-yn-1-yl] imidazo [1,2-a] pyridine and methods for obtaining data of its solid forms. The compounds in this invention are mGlu modulators that are suitable for treating or preventing central nervous system disorders, as well as other disorders modulated by mGlu receptors. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions and the use of such compounds in the manufacture of drugs, as well as the use of such compounds for the prevention and treatment of such diseases in which mGlu is involved.
