abstract | The invention provides substituted 3-phenylisoquinolin-1 (2H) -one derivatives selected from the group consisting of 4- (2-aminoethoxy) -3- (4-bromophenyl) -7-fluoro-2H-isoquinolin-1-one, 4- (2-aminoethoxy) -7-fluoro-3- (3-trifluoromethylphenyl) -2H-isoquinolin-1-one, 4- (2-aminoethoxy) -3- (3-bromo-4-morpholin-4-ylphenyl ) -7-fluoro-2H-isoquinolin-1-one, 4- (2-aminoethoxy) -3- (4-chlorophenyl) -7-fluoro-2H-isoquinolin-1-one, 4- (2-aminoethoxy) - 7-fluoro-3- (4-fluorophenyl) -2H-isoquinolin-1-one, 3- [4- (2-aminoethoxy) -7-fluoro-1-oxo-1,2-dihydroisoquinolin-3-yl] benzonitrile , 4- (2-aminoethoxy) -3- (4-bromophenyl) -7,8-difluoro-2H-isoquinolin-1-one, 4- (2-aminoeth xi) -3- (4-chloro-3-methylphenyl) -7-fluoro-2H-isoquinolin-1-one, 4- (2-aminoethoxy) -3- (3,4-dichlorophenyl) -7-fluoro-2H -isoquinolin-1-one and 4- (2-aminoethoxy) -7-fluoro-3- (3-fluoro-4-methoxyphenyl) -2H-isoquinolin-1-one, which selectively inhibit the activity of poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase PARP-1 for poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase PARP-2. Therefore, the compounds of the present invention are useful in the treatment of diseases such as malignant tumors, cardiovascular diseases, damage to the central nervous system and various forms of inflammation. The present invention also provides methods for preparing these compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds, and methods for treating diseases using pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds. |
