titleOfInvention | NONWATER MEDICINES IN THE FORM OF PROEMULSIA BASED ON TAXANS AND METHODS OF THEIR PREPARATION AND USE |
abstract | The invention relates to non-aqueous drugs in the form of docetaxel-based liquid proemulsion related to taxane compounds, and is used in the treatment of malignant tumors. Discloses the drug, methods of its preparation and administration to the patient, as well as the medicinal kit containing this drug. The technical result is to increase the efficiency of treatment of patients suffering from pathological conditions caused by cell proliferative diseases. Non-aqueous drug in the form of docetaxel-based liquid pre-emulsion contains anhydrous docetaxel or its hydrate in an amount of from 0.1 to 5% by weight; an organic acid component comprising an organic acid, and / or its conjugate base, and / or its salt, and / or salt of its conjugate base; an oil component selected from the group consisting of synthetic oils, vegetable oils, tocopherols, and combinations thereof; non-ionic surfactant component; a non-aqueous solvent component selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycols having an average molecular weight of 1000 Da or less, in an amount of from 15 to 65% by weight. The drug is suitable for intravenous administration. |
