POLIVALENT VACCINE AGAINST FLU ON THE BASIS OF A HYBRID PROTEIN |
abstract |
In the invention, the challenge to be solved is the lack of a safe, effective universal flu vaccine. The solution includes a vaccine based on a fusion protein consisting of antigenic determinants of hemoagglutinins of influenza A and B viruses and fragments of flagellin acting as a safe adjuvant (SEQ ID NO: 1) connected by flexible bridges that can be used to prevent influenza caused by known strains influenza viruses A and B, as well as possible reassortants. Demonstrated safety, efficacy, polyvalence and prophylactic effect. Using this vaccine will provide universal protection against influenza. |
