abstract The invention relates to the field of gas-thermal coating, in particular to methods of plasma spraying of heat-shielding coatings. The technical problem that solves the present invention is to obtain a cheaper heat-shielding coating with high heat resistance. The technical problem is solved as follows. In the method of obtaining a heat-shielding coating, including plasma deposition of a cobalt-nickel alloy sublayer containing chromium, aluminum and one of the rare-earth metals, applying a base layer of partially stabilized zirconium dioxide with a predetermined pore distribution over the layer thickness, laser pulse treatment and subsequent cooling below the onset temperature mt phase transition, the coating is applied on the modes, allowing to form the maximum amount of the tetragonal phase in the coating, and the laser pulse treatment is carried out with the surface of the radiation energy density of from 1000 to 1500 kJ / m.
