titleOfInvention METHOD OF OBTAINING FLAVONOIDS THAT HAVE BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY
abstract The invention relates to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and relates to a method for producing flavonoids from hazel leaves (Corylus avellana L.), which have a vessel-strengthening, anti-inflammatory, hepatotropic, antioxidant effects for the creation of drugs. The essence of the method consists in the extraction of leaves of hazel ordinary 95% ethyl alcohol, evaporation of alcohol, adding purified water, evaporation to a water residue, washing with chloroform, evaporation of purified aqueous solution, filtering the precipitate, evaporation to a dry residue, further dissolving in ethanol, concentrating , the separation of crystals, evaporation of the filtrate to a dry residue, dissolving in purified water, filtering, evaporation to a dry residue, and combining the precipitate from water with crystals of alcohol. The obtained target product is the sum of aglycones and glycosides, consisting of myricetin, kaempferol, quercetin, quercitrin, afzelina, myricitrin.
