abstract The invention relates to a method for producing microparticles or nanoparticles of water-soluble and water-insoluble substances using controlled precipitation, coprecipitation and self-organization process in microjet reactors, in which the solvent, which contains at least one active target substance, and non-solvent, are mixed in the microjet reactor in the form of colliding with each other other jets with certain pressures and volumetric costs, with very rapid precipitation, coprecipitation or chemical reaction, in the process of which micro- or nanoparticles are formed. In order to develop such a method in which the size of the formed microparticles or nanoparticles can be purposefully controlled, it is proposed within the scope of the invention that the particle size be regulated by volumetric flow rates of the solvent and non-solvent and / or gas pressure, and with a higher flow rate of the solvent and non-solvent or complete absence of gas smaller particles are formed. Particle size can be further controlled by the temperature at which the solvent collides with the non-solvent, and smaller particles form at lower temperatures.
