titleOfInvention METHOD OF OBTAINING AN AGENT OF REDUCING THE RESISTANCE OF THE ENVIRONMENT
abstract The invention presents a method of obtaining an agent to reduce the resistance of the environment based on polymer latex. The method begins with the preparation of an aqueous solution comprising a surfactant, buffer and water. The method then involves the preparation of an organic solution comprising a monomer and a co-stabilizer. The aqueous solution and the organic solution are mixed to form an emulsion. The emulsion is then processed on a high shear device to produce a mini-emulsion, where the monomers are broken up into small droplets, followed by polymerization of the mini-emulsion by adding an initiator when nucleation occurs in small droplets of monomer.
