titleOfInvention PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION AS A SUBSTANCE OF ANTIREFLUX ANTACID PREPARATION
abstract The invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to gastroenterology, in particular to drugs for the treatment of acid-associated diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, especially gastroesophageal reflux disease and peptic ulcer. In accordance with the invention, an anti-reflux antacid pharmaceutical composition is proposed, containing as active ingredients sodium alginate, calcium carbonate and potassium bicarbonate and additionally containing hydroxyapatite and a magnesium-containing compound selected from the group including magnesium hydroxide, magnesium carbonate, magnesium oxide, with the following ratio of ingredients %: sodium alginate: 26.9-53.0; calcium carbonate: 20.4-40.3; potassium bicarbonate: 7.4-18.5; magnesium compound: 3.1-23.5; hydroxyapatite: 2.0-14.2. This composition has a pronounced raftoobrazuyuschey and acid-neutralizing activity.
