The invention relates to a new type of chemical reactor, opened as a catalytic membrane reactor with electrochemical transfer of oxygen or hydrogen. This new type of reactor is preferably designed to increase the selectivity and increase the level of conversion of dehydrogenation, hydrogenation, deoxidation and oxidation reactions, namely in the direct amination reaction of hydrocarbons. The use of a reactor for the production of a number of chemical compounds is envisaged, for example, in the direct aminating of hydrocarbons, in particular for the synthesis of aniline from benzene. In this case, the hydrogen is removed by electrochemical transfer of the generated hydrogen or oxygen transfer, so that when hydrogen is formed, it is oxidized. In the proposed new type of reactor, the level of conversion of benzene to aniline exceeds 40%. |
