The process and equipment for a compact processing plant for the extraction of C components (or C components) and heavier hydrocarbon components from a gaseous hydrocarbon stream are presented. The gas stream is cooled and divided into first and second streams. The first stream is cooled further to its complete condensation, expands at a lower pressure and is fed to the upper part of the absorption device as a raw material. The second stream also expands at a lower pressure and is supplied as feed to the lower part of the absorption device. The flow of distant vapor from the absorption device heats up, simultaneously cooling the gas stream and the first stream. The flow of distant condensate from the absorption device is fed to the heat and mass transfer device, where it is heated and freed from volatile components, simultaneously cooling the gas flow. The absorption device and the device heat and mass transfer are placed in the processing plant. |
