titleOfInvention | LINEAR ACYLASIDE PEGYLING AGENT, METHOD FOR ITS OBTAINING AND METHOD FOR OBTAINING PEGYLED INTERFERON |
abstract | The invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, in particular to a pegylating agent capable of joining free amino groups of proteins to form an amide bond through an azide condensation reaction, as well as a method for producing it and a method for tahilating biologically active proteins, for example, interferons. The invention provides methods for producing a linear acyl azide pegylating agent and corresponding methods for pegylating interferons (IFN), in particular IFN α-2b. The technical result of the invention is a pegylating agent - a derivative of PEG-phenylalanine, capable of joining free amino groups of proteins with the formation of an amide bond through azide condensation without causing racemization of the substrate, which can be easily identified in the UV region from the aromatic fragment and quantified. |
