The present invention relates to a sustained-release tablet containing trimebutin, and in particular to a sustained-release tablet containing trimebutin and having a two-layer structure including adjacent upper and lower layers, where each layer, and the upper and lower, contains the active ingredient and polyethylene oxide which is a hydrophilic agent. For a sustained-release tablet containing trimebutin, there are no such drawbacks as degradation of strength in the manufacture of tablets or limitations of tableting, this tablet also has a good dissolution picture. |
