titleOfInvention Method of producing fine particles of anhydrous crystals of b antiprazole
abstract The invention provides a new method for producing fine particles of aripiprazole anhydrous crystals B. A method for producing fine particles of anhydrous crystals of aripiprazole B includes the steps of: (1) heating and dissolving the crude aripiprazole in lower alcohol and then cooling the resulting mixture to precipitate crystals to obtain crystals of the aripiprazole lower alcohol solvate; (2) processing the crystals of the solvate of the lower alcohol aripiprazole in the form of a suspension containing the lower alcohol, wet grinding; and (3) processing the dispersion of the wet-milled crystals by separating the solid and the liquid to obtain crystals and heating the crystals.
