abstract The invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry and relates to a method of obtaining a liposomal agent with a pharmacological action, which contains a physiologically active substance - Cytochrome C. The method involves drying a mixture of lipids, emulsifying it in an aqueous medium containing Cytochrome C, homogenizing, adding cryoprotector during mixing until complete dissolution and sterilizing filtration. The result is the standard and stability of the resulting preparation containing liposome cytochrome C (the size of liposomes is presented in a narrow range), high encapsulation of cytochrome C in liposomes (not less than 90%), stability of liposomes during storage.
