titleOfInvention METHOD OF OBTAINING LIPOSOMAL FORM OF DOCETAXEL
abstract The invention relates to pharmaceuticals. The method includes creating a composition of phosphatidylcholine and docetaxel, drying the mixture, emulsifying it in an aqueous medium, dispersing the emulsion, homogenizing, adding a cryoprotectant, sterilizing filtration and freeze drying. The result of the implementation of the method is to achieve the standardization and stability of the obtained liposomes (the size of the liposomes is presented in a narrow range) containing docetaxel, high encapsulation of docetaxel in liposomes, stability of docetaxel during storage and reduction of toxic action.
