titleOfInvention METHOD OF MAKING A HIGHLY PURIFIED PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION
abstract A method for heat treatment of solutions of cross-linked hemoglobin with polymer hemoglobin is disclosed. The method involves the processing of hemoglobin solutions in the apparatus of high-temperature short-term action. During high-temperature short-term heat treatment, unmodified tetrameric hemoglobin (hemoglobin in dimeric form) is denatured, protein impurities (for example, immunoglobulin G, serum albumin), bacteria and viruses are removed, which helps to avoid damage to the kidneys, vascular disorders and toxic reactions.
