abstract | A method for producing a gas separation membrane on a substrate is disclosed, comprising obtaining seed crystals from a synthesis mixture containing an aluminum source, a phosphorus source, a silicon source, at least one organic template agent and water; applying seed crystals to a porous substrate to obtain a porous substrate with deposited seed crystals; the interaction of the porous substrate with the deposited seed crystals with a synthesis gel under conditions of hydrothermal synthesis to obtain a coated porous substrate; and calcining the coated porous substrate. A gas separation membrane on a substrate obtained by this method is also disclosed. |
