This invention relates to a method for producing a ferroquin of formula (F) or a metabolite of formula (Fm) comprising a reductive amination reaction, said reaction comprising: (i) a condensation step of aldehyde aminoferrocene of formula (1) in which R represents a hydrogen atom or methyl a group with 7-chloroquinolinamine of formula (2) as shown below, followed by (ii) a step for recovering the condensation product obtained in the previous step, then (iii) a step for hydrolyzing the reaction mixture in the presence of an aqueous solution ora ammonia or citric acid |
