abstract The present invention relates to a method for the production of an insulating composite containing mineral fibers, airgel and a binder. This method comprises the step of suspending the fibrous tissue and aerosol in a stream of air, whereby unraveling the fibrous tissue and mixing the fibers, the aerosol and, ultimately, the binder is homogeneous. The described device combines the formation of fibers, collecting them in the form of fabric, unraveling the fibrous tissue in suspended air, mixing the fibers with an airgel and a binder, as well as pressing and curing this mixture to a hardened product with a density of 150 to 800 kg / m.
