titleOfInvention OXIDE CATALYST FOR ISOMERIZATION OF LUNG PETROL FRACTIONS AND METHOD FOR ITS OBTAINING
abstract The oxide catalyst for the isomerization of light gasoline fractions and the method for its preparation relate to the field of petroleum refining and petrochemistry, specifically to a catalyst based on modified zirconium dioxide and to methods for its preparation. The catalyst is used for the process of isomerization of light gasoline fractions, in particular the skeletal isomerization of n-hexane and n-heptane. In the oxide catalyst for isomerization of light gasoline fractions containing tungstated zirconia with platinum additives, the catalyst is additionally containing alumina in the following ratio, wt.%: ZrO = 65.1-76.3; WO = 23.4-32.1; AlO = 0.1-2.6; Pt = 0.2. In the method of producing an oxide catalyst for isomerization of light gasoline fractions, including precipitating zirconium hydroxide from a solution of zirconyl chloride with ammonia solution, separating and washing the precipitate from chloride ions, drying, applying tungstate anions, drying and calcining, followed by impregnating with a solution of platinum-chloride-hydrogen acid , drying and calcining the catalyst, is new that at the stage of precipitation of zirconium hydroxide aluminum is introduced by mixing solutions of zirconyl chloride and aluminum nitrate I followed by precipitation with a solution of ammonia hydrate, the precipitation process is carried out at a constant pH of 9.5–9.8, and the precipitate obtained is aged by aging in the mother liquor at room temperature. In addition, the constancy of the pH is achieved by the gradual and simultaneous addition of zirconyl chloride solutions with the addition of aluminum nitrate and ammonia hydrate to a precipitation flask. In addition, the application of tungstate anions is carried out
