The invention describes the preparation and characterization of the diphosphate salt of N- [6- (cis-2,6-dimethylmorpholin-4-yl) pyridin-3-yl] -2-methyl-4 '- (trifluoromethoxy) [1,1'- diphenyl] -3-carboxamide and a pharmaceutical composition that modulates a hedgehog signaling pathway comprising a therapeutically effective amount of N- [6- (cis-2,6-dimethylmorpholin-4-yl) pyridin-3-yl] -2-methyl-4 diphosphate '- (trifluoromethoxy) [1,1'-diphenyl] -3-carboxamide and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent, solvent or excipient. |
