abstract | The invention relates to the food industry, in particular to biologically active food additives based on natural plant materials, which have a therapeutic and prophylactic effect on the human body, which is a phytocomposition and intended for use before or after meals. The objective of the claimed invention is the creation of a health-improving dietary supplement based on medicinal plants, in which all the available biologically active components of the raw materials are concentrated, contributing to the enhancement of immunity, as well as expanding the range of dietary supplements. The task is solved by the preparation of health improving biologically active additives based on alcoholic extracts of highlander bird (knotweed), fennel seeds, roots and rhizomes of ginger and licorice, which is made as a balm and additionally contains freshly squeezed purslane grass juice with honey in a ratio of 1: 10-15 in the following ratio of ingredients of the additive, wt.%: knotweed herb extract 10-15, fennel seed extract 3-5, root and rhizome extract of licorice 10-15, root extract and rhizomes of ginger 3-5, freshly squeezed grass juice port lacquer with honey - up to 100%. |
