The invention relates to new selective radioactively labeled PDE10 ligands that are useful for visualizing and quantifying PDE10A enzyme in tissues using positron emission tomography (PET). The invention is also directed to compositions containing such compounds, to methods for producing such compounds and compositions, and to the use of such compounds and compositions for imaging tissue, cells or an organism in vitro or in vivo. |
