abstract |
The invention relates to a method for diagnosing human melanoma on the basis of determining the level of expression of the PHF10 gene in a patient’s cells, with a reduced level of expression of the PHF10 gene in a sample of morphologically tumor tissue compared with that of a morphologically normal tissue in a sample of a patient with melanoma. Also disclosed is a kit for diagnosing human melanoma, containing at least two pairs of primers specific for the PHF10 gene, and at least one pair of control primers. |
