titleOfInvention OBTAINING LUNG OLEFINS AND ISOPRENE FROM BUTANE
abstract A method has been proposed for the selective production of ethylene, propylene and isoprene from light hydrocarbons, including a) fractionating the butane fraction in a column for distilling isobutane to obtain an enriched isobutane fraction and an enriched fraction of normal butane; b) the implementation of the cracking of the specified fraction of normal butane and, possibly, ethane fraction, possibly the propane fraction in at least one non-catalytic cracking zone to produce a stream rich in olefins; c) processing said olefin-rich stream in a separation section to extract an ethylene stream, a propylene stream, a 2-butene stream; d) converting the isobutane recovered in stage (a) to isobutene and d) carrying out the reaction of isobutene in stage (d) with formaldehyde to produce isoprene or d ') carrying out the disproportionation of isobutene in stage (d) and propylene extracted in stage (c), or 2 -butene, extracted at the stage (c), separation of the flow of isoamylene and conversion of isoamylene to isoprene by dehydrogenation. Also proposed methods for producing ethylene, propylene and isoprene from light hydrocarbons, in which stage (d) - (d ') are replaced by alternative stages.
