abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing 5- (2-aminopyrimidin-4-yl) -2-aryl-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxamides and to suitable intermediates of this method. 5- (2-Aminopyrimidin-4-yl) -2-aryl-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxamide is described and claimed in WO 2007110344, which also describes methods for their preparation. These compounds can be successfully obtained according to the method, which allows to obtain the desired products with high yields and purity and with a limited set of stages. The synthesis begins with a derivative of cyanopyrrole and is described before the final hydrolysis of 5- (2-aminopyrimidin-4-yl) -2-aryl-1H-pyrrole-3-carbonyl. The compounds obtained in accordance with the method of the present invention are able to inhibit the activity of protein kinases and, in particular, Cdc7 or Cdc7 / Cdks. Thus, these compounds are useful in the treatment of various types of cancer, cell proliferative diseases and diseases associated with protein kinases. |
