Hyperimmunization is carried out in increasing doses, followed by taking blood from the producer, separating the serum and isolating the target product, and to increase the specific activity of the serum, oxen are used as producers for hyperimmunization, and as an antigen - an antigen from the Bacillus anthracis M-71 strain, and hyperimmunization is performed as follows: the first injection of the antigen subcutaneously in a dose of 100-120 million microbial cells together with 2.5-3 μg of saponin, after 12-14 days the antigen is injected intracutaneously in a dose of 2.5-3.0 billion microbial cells Since 2.5-3 μg of saponin, after 6-7 days with an interval of 3-4 days, the antigen is injected 12-14 times intravenously in increasing doses from 10.0 to 210 billion microbial cells, and the blood of producing animals is maintained at 37 -38 ° C for 2-3 hours, and then placed in a refrigerator at 2-8 ° C for 3-5 days, after which sterile serum having a titer in RA is not less than 1: 1000, and in RSK it is not lower than 1 : 20, separated. The obtained serum canned with 5-7% solution of carbolic acid on an isotonic solution in the ratio (9-10): 1, respectively. The diagnostic kit for the diagnosis of anthrax contains an antigen from the strain Bacillus anthracis M-71, serum for the diagnosis of anthrax and the native serum of healthy cattle.
