3-hairpin peptidomimetics of cyclo (-Tyr-His-X-Cys-Ser-Ala-Pro-Dab-Arg-Tyr-Cys-Tyr-Gln-Lys-Pro-Pro) fixed on the matrix, disulfide bond between Cys4 and Cys11, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, where X is Ala or Tyr, have antagonistic properties against CXCR4 and can be used to prevent HIV infections in healthy people or to slow down and stop the development of the virus in infected patients; or when cancer is mediated or is the result of CXCR4 receptor activity; or when immunological diseases are mediated or result from the activity of the CXCR4 receptor; or for the treatment of immunosuppression; or in particular for the mobilization of peripheral blood stem cells and / or mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and / or other stem cells whose retention depends on the CXCR4 receptor. These 3-hairpin peptidomimetics can be produced using a method that is based on a mixed solid-liquid synthesis strategy, using methods that are well known to those skilled in the art of peptide chemistry. |
