abstract The invention relates to derivatives of 6-cycloamino-3- (pyridazin-4-yl) imidazo [1,2-b] pyridazine of the general formula (I), in which R is an optionally substituted mono- or bicyclic aromatic group; A means a C-alkylene group optionally substituted with one or two R groups; B is a C-alkylene group optionally substituted with an R group; L is either a nitrogen atom optionally substituted with an R or R group, or a carbon atom substituted with an R group and an R group or two R groups; moreover, the carbon atoms in A and B are optionally substituted with one or more R groups identical or different from each other; R, R, R, R, R, R and R are defined in the claims; R and R are independently of each other a hydrogen atom or a C-alkyl group; in the form of a base or an acid addition salt. The invention also relates to a method for their preparation and their use in therapy as casein phosphorylation inhibitors for the treatment of sleep disturbances, circadian rhythm disturbances, diseases related to addiction or cell proliferation.
