abstract | The invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology, and may find application in the surgical treatment of retinal detachment. The method includes the intravitreal introduction of Vitrenal vitreosynergetics 7-10 minutes before the vitrectomy in the amount of 0.3-0.4 ml and additionally of diprospan suspension in the amount of 0.2-0.3 ml. The method allows for a more radical removal of the vitreous body and its pathological structures, which increases the effectiveness of treatment of retinal detachment by 13.4% and the prevention of postoperative complications. |
