titleOfInvention Process for the preparation of at least one product of microbial metabolism, SODEZHASCHEGO at least three carbon atom or at least two atoms of carbon and at least one nitrogen atom by microbial fermentation of sugar and compositions based on proteins produced by this method
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing at least one product of microbiological metabolism, containing at least three carbon atoms or at least two carbon atoms and at least one nitrogen atom, by microbiological fermentation using sugar, which includes: a) obtaining a sugar-containing liquid medium, the content of the monosaccharide which is more than 20 wt.%, from a source of starch, and sugar-containing liquid medium also contains no starch-containing solid components of the source of starch; b) fermenting the sugar-containing liquid medium to obtain the product (s) of metabolism and c) depletion or isolation of at least one metabolic product from the fermentation broth, and the microorganism strain producing the desired metabolism product (s) is cultivated sugar-containing liquid medium, which is obtained: a1) by grinding the source of starch and a2) by dissolving the crushed material in an aqueous liquid in the presence of at least one enzyme that dissolves starch, and further sugaring using m candy least one enzyme, wherein at least one part of the crushed material was dissolved in a continuous or periodic addition of the aqueous liquid.
