The use of probiotic bacteria to obtain a food product, feed product, dietary supplement, food product, natural therapeutic agent, active pharmaceutical formulation and drug product for regulating weight gain, preventing obesity, increasing satiety, prolonging satiety, reducing food intake, reducing fat deposition, improving energy metabolism, increasing insulin sensitivity, treating obesity and lack of sensitivity to insulin. The probiotic bacterium is at least one of Lactobacillus casei F19 (LMG P-17806), Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFB 1748, or Bifidobacterium lactis Bb12. |
