This invention relates to new substituted tetracyclic tetrahydrofuran derivatives containing a side chain represented by a cyclic amine having binding affinity for dopamine receptors, in particular D-dopamine receptors, serotonin receptors, in particular 5-HT and 5-HT receptors, and pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds of this invention, their use as a medicine, in particular for the prevention and / or treatment of a number of psychiatric and neurological disorders tv, in particular certain psychotic, cardiovascular and gastrokinetic disorders, and processes for their preparation.
