The invention relates to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. The inventive method of increasing the antibacterial activity of cephalosporin antibiotics by mechanical treatment allows them to increase their antibacterial activity by at least 2 times due to the enrichment of industrially produced antibiotics with biologically active enantiomers. For this, the powdered substance of cephalosporin antibiotics is treated with intense shock-abrasive effects in ball mills, controlling changes in the specific angle of optical rotation, measured by the standard method at a wavelength of 589 nm, which should be at least 2 °. |
