titleOfInvention METHOD FOR CLEANING AQUATIC MEDIA FROM OIL AND OIL PRODUCTS
abstract The invention relates to a method for purifying water and water-oil emulsions from impurities of oil and butter products before discharging technological water environments into the environment or feeding them to the circulating water supply and can be used in the refining, chemical and food industries, as well as in specialized water treatment plants. The proposed method consists in the fact that at first the stream of purified water is subjected to contact with magnetic powder, then the stream of purified water containing magnetic powder is treated with an alternating electromagnetic field, resulting in separation of the water and hydrophobic phases, and then the resulting suspension is divided into purified water and contaminated magnetic powder. The treatment with an alternating electromagnetic field is performed by a solenoid-type inductor in the frequency range from 10 to 1000 Hz at a voltage of up to 100 kA / m. Any powder magnetized to saturation, for example, barium ferrite, is used as a magnetic powder. Preferably, hydrophobised barium ferrite is used. The proposed method allows to simplify the process technology, makes it possible to carry out the process both in periodic and in continuous mode, significantly increase the cleaning rate while maintaining low specific energy (no more than 5.1 kW h / h at the feed rate of treated water to 300 m / h) and material costs of the process, as well as to ensure a high degree of purification of the purified aqueous medium (at the initial concentration of oil products n / b 100 mg / l, the final concentration of oil products ranges from 1 to 0.05 mg / l), reaching PD for environmental zones reservoirs (0.05 mg / l).
