A method of manufacturing a composite material (M) is proposed, comprising a step (E), according to which a dispersion (D) containing (a) at least one polymer, (b) at least one layered substance and (c) at least one dispersing agent liquid, spray dried; composite material (M ') containing (a') at least one polymer, (b ') at least one layered substance and (d') at least 0.02 wt.% at least one surfactant based on dry weight (a '), consisting of particles having a weighted average diameter D50 of 200 μm or less; and a method for processing the composite material is also proposed. |
