The proposed tablet for oral administration, containing a lipid phase, including up to 80 wt.% Or more of a mixture of (a) triglyceride, (b) mono - and / or diglyceride; (c) a cell membrane lipid; (d) one or more pharmacologically active agents dissolved or dispersed in the lipid phase; (e) water and / or ethanol; and (f) a particulate pharmaceutical excipient in an absorption controlling amount. Also described are granules, a suppository for rectal administration and a capsule filled with these granules. Methods for preparing tablets, suppositories and granules, as well as the use of granules and a method for coating them, are also described. |
