The invention relates to a method that causes a T-cell response against a T-cell epitope in a mammalian host subject, said method comprising (i) a first immunization consisting of at least two administrations that the subject performs with an interval from 1 to 14 days, with each administration consisting in the administration of a nucleotide sequence of interest (NOI) encoding a T-cell epitope, and optionally (ii) a second immunization that includes at least one administration to subject (a) NOI, iruyuschey T cell epitope, or (b) a protein comprising the T cell epitope, wherein the time between the first administration of the first immunization and the first administration of the second immunization, is from 21 to 365 days. |
