titleOfInvention | TEST SYSTEM FOR THE DETERMINATION OF THE CONCENTRATION OF AN ANALYSATED SUBSTANCE IN A PHYSIOLOGICAL OR WATER LIQUID |
abstract | The invention describes a test element for determining the concentration of at least one analyte in a sample of physiological fluid, having first and second surfaces located at a certain distance from each other, which have two essentially identical and basically congruent sections, forming on the first and second surfaces sections with high and low surface energy, forming a sample distribution system with at least two sensitive sections for measurements, distinguishing ysya in that the sensitive areas of the measurement of the first and second surfaces have two corresponding portion with the working and reference electrodes of an electrochemical detector. The sample distribution system located inside the test element of the invention does not have any mechanical and / or structural features of walls, grooves or channels designed to direct physiological fluid to the sensitive areas, and makes it easy to produce cheap and reliable test elements. The presence of a built-in calibration system in the test system of the invention intended for analysis using test elements provides reliable analysis results regardless of blood type, hematocrit, temperature, and other various factors. |
