abstract | The invention relates to medicine and the pharmaceutical industry, in particular to the creation of new medicines for the treatment of diseases of the urogenital system. The proposed remedy for the treatment of diseases of the prostate gland, made in the form of a suppository, containing a complex of bioregulatory peptides of the prostate gland of cattle in the form of a powder with a content of water-soluble peptides of at least 20%, an antimicrobial agent, which is an antibiotic or antiviral agent, or antiprotozoal, or a mixture antibiotic and antiprotozoal agent, taken in a 1: 1 ratio, or a mixture of antiviral and antiprotozoal agent, taken in a ratio ii 1: 1, and the basis, in the following ratio of components, g per candle: complex of bioregulatory peptides of the prostate gland of cattle - 0.05-0.4, antimicrobial agent - not more than 0.7, base - enough for suppository weighing 2.15-2.35 g. Any pharmaceutically acceptable base is used as the basis for obtaining the proposed agent, for example, witepsol, tallow, cocoa butter.
