A method for producing a pharmaceutical composition comprising venlafaxine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, comprising the steps of (1) preparing a dispersion of venlafaxine or a venlafaxine salt in a solvent in which venlafaxine or its salts have a solubility of less than 25 g / l at room temperature; (2) converting the dispersion obtained in step (1) into particle form; (3) coating the particles obtained in stage (2) with a polymer layer providing sustained release of the active substance, as well as pharmaceutical compositions obtained by this method. |
