titleOfInvention FILM-FORMING SOLUTION FOR OBTAINING METAL OXIDE COATINGS AND METHOD FOR OBTAINING COATINGS ON ITS BASIS
abstract The present invention relates to the production of metal oxide coatings and relates to the development of film-forming solution and to obtain on its basis coatings of a wide color gamut with heat and light reflecting properties, and can be used in the manufacture of tinted, reflective glass of large format, when applying decorative coatings, drawings on ceramic products, as well as the formation of dielectric and semiconductor coatings with special properties in electronics. The proposed film-forming solution contains aluminum hydroxonitrate, any salt of nitric acid or their mixture, a water-soluble non-volatile organic compound, preferably glycerol, or sucrose, a surfactant and water. The method of producing coatings based on the film-forming solution to be used includes applying a layer of film-forming solution to the substrate, previously diluted with an organic solvent forming an azeotropic solution with water, to a total concentration of salts contained in the film-forming solution, not more than 0.5 mol.%, While the content organic solvent in this solution is not less than 50 wt.%, the process is carried out with a coating speed of not more than 30 m / h, and heat treatment is at a temperature not lower than 300 ° C. As an organic solvent, it is preferable to use isopropyl alcohol, or acetone, or methyl ethyl ketone, or ethyl alcohol, or their mixture. The inventive solution allows to obtain coatings of a wide color gamut with high mechanical strength under non-toxic production conditions.
